It has been a while since our last post, with all the recent developments with our hosted CRM Software we have been unable to keep a constant Blog running.
However, we are back now and have good news. The Hosted Web Based version of CLIM8 CRM is near its release, and we have some exciting and fantastic offers to come - stay tuned into the Blog to be the first to hear.
We would like to take this time to thank all our contacts for your support over the past year and wish everybody a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

CRM Software Needs Assessment
Planning, planning, planning....
This is the most important aspect when investing not only your money but your time into in a new software solution. Why not make it this process easier by highlight your main software requirements by completing a needs assessment.

Just some of the question include:
- Analysis of our current process and highlight which ones are working, which are not, why?
- What is it about our current system that is most frustrating or troublesome?
- Do we need online CRM, on premise CRM or a combination?
- How many system users will we have?
- What features, and key fields will do we need?
- What reporting capabilities will we need?
- When do we need the CRM?
- What is our budget?

4Networking Event
I have to say the 4Networking event we went to the other day was one of the greatest networking events we have attended.
The friendly atmosphere and enthusiasm from everybody there shone and get everybody in a good mood. The 4N rule of 50% business 50% social is great whilst the one to one time you get gives you a great chance to have deeper discussion without the 'gatekeepers'! Don't we all love them 'gatekeepers'!
If a 4N event is in your area - View the 4N Map - we recommend their fresh, no cuff links, approach to networking

PPD to launch Hosted CRM Software
We want all business to experience the benefits you can get by using CRM Software. Therefore, in the coming months we are going to launch CLIM8.NET as a hosted CRM solution to all small and medium sized organisations who want the benefits of tailored CRM software without the initial high costs or deployment times.
You may be asking "what is hosted CRM Software"
Hosted CRM Software, is where the provider (in this case PPD Computing) takes on the responsibility of building and maintaining the infrastructure and software needed to provide some or all of the organisations Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions, and is usually made available over the Internet

5 benefits of going Green
As we are all becoming more environmentally conscientious, we also want our businesses to become more environmentally friendly.
We used to think being green was hard and costly for our business. However, times have changed and so should we. Being green has never been easier or had a greater profile with our customers. Many companies from banks to retailers - now advertise their green credentials. For instance, we have all seen the advert made from recycled clips.
Here are five ways in which and your business can benefit from going green.

Welcome to the PPD Computing Blog. This is the first ever blog post we have made. In future blogs we will keep you updated with the latest software advice and tips as well as the latest news from PPD Computing though this blog.
Why have we created this blog? To pass on our CRM and Computer software knowledge and tips - and give you easy access to ask us questions and even help us grow our knowledge base. It’s a ‘help me to help you’ scenario.
